Red Sangría
Ingredients
1 box Quadrum red blend
2.5 cups of sugar
2 large oranges
4 oz. cognac
4 oz. grand marnier
1 yellow apple, peeled
1 banana
10 slices of canned peaches
3L Orange Fanta
1 lemon, peeled
1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
Combine the wine and sugar in a large container, allowing the sugar plenty of time to dissolve.
Emulsify the fruit with several cups of the wine & sugar mixture in a blender at high speed until the fruit is completely combined with the wine.
Add the blended fruit and wine mixture back into the large container filled with wine and sugar.
Add 3L of Fanta, the cognac and the grand marnier.
Mix it all together for 5-10 minutes, using a hand blender.
Add the cinnamon stick and allow to macerate in the refridgerator for as long as possible.
Serve with ice and additional fruit for garnish, as desired.
